Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies exclusively to digital products and online services related to Computer Network and Information Services, including remote consultations, infrastructure planning, configuration guides, optimization blueprints, security assessments, and documentation toolkits. All products offered are virtual and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, and therefore traditional returns involving physical exchange do not apply.

Because digital network services are delivered in the form of downloadable files, strategy documents, configuration plans, or remote consultation outcomes, each purchase represents the allocation of professional time, technical expertise, and intellectual property. Once access to a digital file, report, or custom recommendation has been granted, the product is considered delivered.

Refunds are not issued based on subjective expectations, differences in technical interpretation, or preference for alternative implementation methods. Network environments vary significantly depending on infrastructure, hardware, ISP conditions, and internal security policies. As a result, recommendations and documentation are tailored based on the information provided by the client at the time of purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete technical information is submitted before work begins.

If a digital product has not yet been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, a request for review may be submitted. Each request is evaluated individually to ensure fairness and compliance with digital service standards. Once files are accessed, transmitted, or consultation materials are shared, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

In cases involving custom network analysis, security audits, firewall reviews, migration strategies, or infrastructure assessments, refunds are not available after analysis work has commenced. Professional evaluation begins as soon as client-provided data, logs, configurations, or credentials are reviewed. This includes time spent examining exported firewall rules, routing tables, topology diagrams, or monitoring reports.

Technical misunderstandings or implementation challenges do not constitute grounds for refund. However, clarification support may be provided to ensure correct interpretation of delivered documentation. The objective is to ensure that clients can properly apply the network strategies and configurations outlined in their purchased service.

Duplicate purchases of the same digital product may qualify for review if submitted immediately after the transaction. If a system error results in multiple charges for a single product, corrective action will be taken after verification.

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or modification of delivered digital materials voids eligibility for any consideration related to transaction review. All documentation, configuration templates, diagrams, and structured frameworks remain protected intellectual property intended solely for the original purchaser.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be formally disputed with evidence of digital delivery and access logs where applicable. Clients are encouraged to contact support to resolve any technical concerns before initiating financial disputes.

This policy is structured to maintain transparency while protecting the integrity of digital network services. By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges that they are acquiring professional digital expertise delivered electronically and agrees to these conditions.

For any questions regarding this policy or clarification about a purchased network service, direct communication is recommended prior to or immediately following purchase to ensure alignment of expectations and technical scope.
